Who can do what

Cashier: signs in with their own PIN, must start and end a shift, sells, prints receipts and kitchen tickets, sees stock on hand and low-stock warnings. Every sale is recorded against them.
Manager: everything a cashier can, plus refunds, discounts, editing stock and prices, daily cash up and the sales dashboard.
Owner: everything, including business details and staff.
